New and robust accumulator battery designis even more resistant. The internal self-supporting frame protects the batteries from impacts, shocks, separates them from the external casing (subject to high stress) and improves their cooling; the top bi-component guard creates protection of the control battery electronics and strengthens and protects the contact zone. The built-in control electronics protects the batteries from overload, overheating or irreversible discharge, thus creating the optimum conditions for the longest possible service life of the accumulator battery.

A new intelligent charger monitors condition and state of each battery continuously and adapts the optimum conditions of charging – controls the charging current, voltage and temperature so that the battery may be charged carefully to the 100% of its usable operating capacity.
Air-Forced Cooling System (AFCS) ensures circulation of cold air between the battery and the charger, thus accelerating the process of charging, improving quality of charging and at the same time protecting the batteries themselves. The plug-in system guarantees perfect contact engagement even in vertical position.

Practical indicator of the state of battery charging grants – thanks to a well-arranged large contact panel – immediate information about residual capacity of the battery, thus enabling to avoid undesirable downtimes caused by recharging of “empty” accumulator batteries, which is important mainly in technologically and time demanding applications.
