General terms and conditions of the three-year Narex s.r.o warranty

The regular warranty for all NAREX products is 12 months for commercial use or 24 months for private purposes.

Narex s.r.o. provides an exclusive three-year warranty on a selected range of battery programs, including batteries and chargers. This warranty applies to both private and commercial use. Battery products include 12 V, 20 V and 60 V variants.

The warranty also covers manufacturing defects of the product. Usual wear and tear or defects caused by external influences (fall damage, overloading of the machine, using the machine for other than the intended purpose, corrosion…) are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty period begins on the day of sale.

The extended warranty is always valid for 36 months from the date of sale!

The condition for extending the warranty is the registration of the product and the preservation of the sales document for the registered product.

To claim the three-year warranty, the customer is required:

• to complete registration of the product within 30 days of purchase;
• to complete registration of the product using the form available at www.narex.cz.
• to include a copy of the proof of purchase with the form (e.g. a scan of the document, photograph of the document from a mobile phone, etc.).
• If the user does not want to, or cannot save the document during registration, he must keep it and be able to present it while claiming the three-year warranty.
• If the warranty claim cannot be satisfied by fixing the product, the customer is eligible to receive a new product instead. The warranty period of the replacement machine is based on the date of purchase of the original machine.
